Great stay, super clean, all the amenities were very useful. Obviously, the location is off any tourist attraction, but everything was wonderful.

Room was spotless and had everything that we needed. Check in staff were so helpful. Cel assisted us with our bags to our room on 2nd level. We truly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely come back again.

Good location with many dining option, about 15mins walk to MRT station. Although house rules say No Durian, I could smell the durian in staircase. Helpful staff at the reception to communicate through WhatsApp as I was planning to check in outside of their office hours.

This place is perfect for the budget traveller. Simple small room, easish to get to from Changi about an hour in the mrt and bus 145. Also has a little side office I used for the day to work remotely. The man in front counter was awesome so friendly… I’ll use this little place again

Major downside: there is no lift/elevator in the building, and I had two large luggage bags. Otherwise, the staff were super friendly, the location was close to everything. Given the price, I think it's a good choice to live in this hotel.

Perfect with cleanliness, location, service. The only thing is the lack of elevator. Its fine if you dont have much luggage or if you are young and dont mind taking stairs for exercise.

We liked our stay. The room had an own ac unit which was effective. The location is good. Nearest metro station is 500m away and it is easy to get to city centre by bus. There is a large fridge in the room, microwave and a kettle. The kitchen cabinets were not in good condition, some repairing works would be needed.

The staff at Habyt Studios Novena were friendly and happy to help with our needs during our two week stay. The room was quite small but it made smart use of the space allowing us to keep and store the things we brought. Enjoyed using the kitchen for all our cooking needs. Nice bathroom and shower but the toilet is a bit too high leaving feet off the floor which I think would explain the loose toilet seat. The only big negative I can think of is there was construction/modifications being done to the property during the day for most of our stay. Very loud jackhammers causing heavy vibrations through our room and noise loud enough making it difficult at times to hear the TV or each other. Just bad timing I guess that we booked during this time of work being done.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I appreciated that. Azim and his collegues we're in good moods. Thank you. 🙂 Very nice was the small kitchen and the fridge 😀 The street there was quiet busy and therefore you could hear the street traffic. A few minutes by foot to various buses and about ten minutes to the red underground. Oret5y much zero percent communication to other guests. It's up to evaluate that for everyone self. Overall, I was quite happy with how clean and nice this hotel was. Having appliances like the mini fridge, microwave, and stove was more than you can say about most hotels that are at a higher price point. The “issues” for the most part were minor, I found it kind of odd that the shower didn't have a divider between it and the rest of the bathroom so it’s absolutely inevitable that the bathroom floor is going to get soaked no matter how careful you are. There was also construction going on so it could be quite loud starting at 9am but this didn’t really pose an issue to me because when you’re on vacation you’re probably waking up early and leaving anyways. Didn’t interact with the staff a ton, but the two people I did come across were super nice and helpful! The room is on the smaller side and even with a queen bed it is more suited to one person but again, when you’re on vacation you’re not going to be spending a ton of time in your room, but despite the size the room was nice enough that it didn’t feel suffocating by any means. The AC was an absolute 10/10, definitely a necessity in hot and humid Singapore! Location wise there were tons of food options, grocery stores, drink places, a mall across the street, however it’s a bit far from most of the touristy activities, and seems to be more in a local area, however Singapore public transportation is awesome so if you don’t mind spending a bit longer on the bus, it’s totally fine. Overall, a great experience!

Excellent service and communication from front desk. Room was only to be clean once in a week, but they came by twice! Comfortable bed, cozy room with the necessities to cook, microwave and refrigerate. Standing shower, but be sure to click on the water heater, as it can be turned on and off. A/C is perfect temperature. Could use a paint job and nicer floor tiles to enhance the cleanliness of the room. But nonetheless, the hotel is clean and comfortable. There is no lift/elevator. USB outlet for charging if you forgot the charging adapter with the correct prongs. Overall, a great stay!

No elevator, walk up to 4th floor everyday. On first day, i got staff to help carried it up. Luckily i arrived before 8pm. I put the sign on everyday to clean the room but never did. Room is nice, good mattress, good necessary amenities provided, the fridge is too cold, all food i put in were iced. During my stay, it’s quite noisy, there’s the beep sound in the staircase area on all night, and most noisy is the morning from 8-11am, all the doors opening and closing. My room can hear very clear.

The staff is very helpful and nice with the guests, thank you to all of you. I liked all that allows me to take a shower, cook, but there were some building renovations and working in the room was very difficult. The floor wasn't cleaned when I arrived but it had been quickly and well cleaned as soon as I asked for. The chair was half broken. There is some mold around the sink in the bathroom. I think I could come back another time after inquiring that everything is solved before my next stay.
