Friendly, convenient, comfortable, great pool.

It's the second time we've stayed here. Great location, friendly service, comfortable room, firm beds (which we like), well-equipped kitchen (but no plastic cover in the microwave to stop food from splashing about and no dishwasher, which was fine with us), secure Wifi, loaner umbrellas, and a very lovely pool. Thank-you!

I stayed here for 11 nights in a two bedroom apartment. Very convenient location, close to MRT station and bus stations. Three shopping malls right in front of us. Lots of dining options and great restaurants. Free laundry was a nice plus. I wish there would be some basic cooking elements: olive oil, salt and pepper …etc Other than that, everything is wonderful. We had a great time there.

Awesome place to stay!!! Highly recommended. Booked a loft but was upgraded to a two bedroom which was very nice (no stairs). Check in was quick and staff was very courteous and helpful. Welcome basket with lots of groceries (coffee, tea, milk, cereal, biscuits, pasta and more) complimented the full kitchen. Laundry room free of charge is available as well. Thank you for the fabulous stay!

Spacious and good location

We have spent two weeks of comfortable stay here. Excellent location with many shopping malls and MRT Orchard station. Staff are very helpful and friendly. There is room cleaning three times a week.Overall clean. Free launderette.Furnitures are a bit old but acceptable. Must come again for future long holiday.

Almost everything is excellent about this property. The welcome, the size of the rooms, the shower and bath pressure and temperature. The kitchen appliances. The only real issue I had was that most rooms don't have their own washing machine, and of the 6 washers and 6 dryers in the basement, nearly of them are out of service with no sign of getting fixed.

Relaxing but quite close to the center.

Very relaxing place. Everyone is so kind and sincere. It was like living in my own quiet apartment just behind the Orchard road in one minute walk station distance.

Avoid 1bed apartments if you can…

The place is a death-trap if Covid-19 comes back. The property has 1-bedroom duplex apartments that are so old and very little is done to improve them. Housekeeping are clueless about hygiene. Got fed up complaining. Reception service people are helpful but have a useless property to manage. Apts in main tower are better maintained. 1-bed are like 1960s standard HDB.

Ce n’est pas un hôtel mais une sorte d’apparat hôtel lugubre vieillot et sans aucun service , plusieurs fiais apr jour et en pleine nuit l’alarme incendie retentit en permanence cet établissement est à fuir aucune personne de responsable j’en suis parti 2 nuit avant la fin de mon séjour d’une semaine aucun geste commercial , bien entendu aucun moyen de prendre son pt déjeuner ni acheter une bouteille eau on vous envoie au 7 éleven
