Home away from home that has a separate living room and kitchen area and not like the open concept style of hotel rooms. Playround perfect for small kids(preferrably 7 and below), laundry area and swimming pool. Hope to come back this area.

Excellent staff! Room was nice, specious and clean! Rooftop pool was top notch, so as kids play area. Checkin & check out was smooth! They hold my luggage as my flight was late in the evening. Bell service guy was excellent and helped me moving my luggage to the cab with a smile! I will surely comeback next time.

The room conditions were okay, dated but okay however first time staying at a hotel that had ants. There were ants in the bathroom and ants in the living room. On top of that the bathtub was missing a shower curtain. Front desk staff was friendly. Another improvement would be the very hot elevator and hallway.

I found the service apartment well maintained and the basic amenities provided have been well thought through. The front desk was also helpful and polite. It is at a stones throw away from Bencoolen MRT station and there are some very good food , grocery options within a 3-4 minute walk. I would rate these service apartments highly.

It has the same layout as the condo I used to live in, with two shower rooms, two bedrooms, and a kitchen equipped with everything you basically need—knives, plates, spoons, forks, a microwave, and more. Daily cleaning is provided, and even the dishes are washed. There’s also a pool and a gym, both kept very clean. Access to trains and buses is convenient. I’ve stayed at several luxury hotels in Singapore, but I felt this place offered the best value for money.

We stayed at a 2 bedrooms apartment. The apartment looked nice and clean. Both bathrooms are cleaned with very good water pressure. The beds were abit hard, but was quite comfortable. The location was very good, close by to mrt, shops, shopping centres and easy to get around to other places by bus or mrt. The staffs were friendly, attentive and helpful. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. A little difficult to find initially but a great location. 15 minutes walk to Bugis St and 3 minutes walk to Bencoolen MRT - and only 20 seconds in the rain! We bought a tourist pass and travelled all over. Apartment clean, quiet and well equipped - if just a little worn. Beds excellent. 1 bedroom en suite, other one next to the main bathroom so ideal for two couples travelling together. Breakfast was in the independent restaurant downstairs and was pretty good. We didn’t book ‘including breakfast’ but wished we had. Good value for Singapore

It was a comfortable stay. Location is great! Only drawback is the hotel room was not ready until about 340. We had to wait before could get to the room. Otherwise the front office Zaki was very helpful. He was pleasant and very couteous.
