"This hotel was wonderful. I was so grateful to receive a complimentary upgrade for our 3nt stay, check-in was fast and very efficient. The gentleman who welcomed us (unfortunately I can’t remember his name) after checking us in, he checked in with us in the lobby to make sure we were happy with our room. That personal touch was really nice. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and luxurious. The Christian Lacroix toiletries were an indulgent touch that added to the overall quality of the hotel room. One of the absolute highlights was the incredible view of the city, day and night. From our windows we could see iconic landmarks including Tower 1 of Marina Bay Sands, the Singapore Flyer, and the ArtScience Museum, a skyline that that I will never get over! The location was spot on for us, walking distance to the river, which was a fantastic recommendation from the staff and a perfect way to explore the area. Also only few minutes walk to the nearest MRT, which is fast and cheap way to travel around the city. Each morning, we enjoyed the breakfast buffet, a good variety of food and drinks from all sides of the world. We also took advantage of the swimming pool, always quiet and relaxing. We also had great fun playing pade which was a first for us. A special mention must go to Vincent, who greeted us every single day, always with a genuine smile and a “enjoy your day!” Every detail of our stay was thoughtfully handled, and we couldn’t have asked for more. "The rooms was small for three people, we had a double bed and a single bed but the mattress and pillows were so comfortable we all had a good night's sleep! The facilities were great as soon as you come out of lifts there is water filter and other amenities for our stay. We walked to the hawker food court and a shopping centre near by. "

"Hotel in fantastic location close to shopping, restaurants and MRT stop. Breakfast was amazing offering as was room service. Only disappointment, phone handset did not work and fridge not working. The latter we were told by maintenance was not there to cool but only to chill. It did neither nor did it get replaced as he promised. For almost $500AUD per night we expect better."
