It was a very nice room. They gave me a handicap one that worked out great for me. The one this morning helped me get my suitcase to my car. The breakfast was excellent. Very friendly staff. Would definately come back when in sioux falls

I thought the room was exceptionally clean and the people really curious never got bothered by anybody and the room was a lot nicer than a lot of motels I've stayed at in town comparable to it price wise and it had the swimming pool running which was a good deal because a lot of the other places I tried to stay advertise that they had a pool and a sauna but when you got there of course it was out of order probably over 70% of the places that cost about the same didn't have a running pool or sauna so I think that's well it is a big deal to me maybe it isn't some people but it is to me and I don't like it when someone advertises things and then they don't come through on your end which these people didn't didn't do anything like that and they they were pretty nice I'd stay here again no problem

Most economical lodging I could find with easy, direct access to Avera Medical facilities. Not extremely close, but simple access via 12th Street. Multiple stays. Everything sparkling clean. Vending area locked at night.

Staff was fantastic. We took our 2 small children who emhoyed the pool very much. Had the pool all to ourswlves for the 3 days we stayed and the staff even put small toys in the pool so they had even more fun. Felt very good to stay at such an affordable place with wonderful staff.

The TV wasn't working properly on the evening of 7/10/25. It kept losing signal. I had no interaction with staff other than check-in, which was efficient. I'll probably stay here next time I travel to Sioux Falls.

Not Bad At All For The Price

Relative to my prior experiences with other hotels, this establishment was a pleasant surprise. For the price, it offered a decent level of quality, cleanliness, and a comfortable bed. To take the property to the next level, I recommend focusing on aesthetic enhancements, such as improved painting and attention to detail. While there is room for improvement, the room's comfort and cleanliness were noteworthy. I would definitely consider returning. Thank you for a pleasant two-night stay.

Great price and had 3 double beds in the room. Loved the cute dove toiletries. Clean towels and linen. Great beds and pillows. An ok breakfast I was expecting maybe eggs and sausages. Kids loved the biscuits and gravy and juice selection. Great location too.

Surprisingly unexpected!

I was very impressed with how clean the room was and how nice the hotel staff was to me. I know that they are remodeling and it was very quiet. I didn’t hear any construction noise. I would definitely stay there again and the price was unbeatable in town.
