Amazing hotel and absolutely spectacular,all members of staff are very friendly and and always smiling and helpful.Special thanks to Burak at the reception he is a true legend,very helpful and always smiling.Deniz at the reception is also the same.Overall I am very impressed and satisfied with my stay and definitely coming back. Good location as it was right at the hill looking over Halic (Golden Horn) and very close to Galata Tower. Lots restaurants near by also. The top floor restaurant provides magnificent view. However, the facilities on site were visibly old and the breakfast only had limited selection. This is of course in comparison with other more modern hotel choices in the area.
