Staff really polite and welcoming and helpful always gets a nice greeting when leaving or arriving.Cleaning staff brilliant . Excellent location would definitely stop here again . Only thing I would of liked was tea and coffee for the room. But that wouldn't stop me coming back .

The hotel is very well situated, and we got great service (shoutout to Manuel at reception!). The public areas and the room were all very clean and well maintained. The room doors slam very loudly, and so when other guests leave or arrive early morning or late at night we hear doors slamming. It would be accommodating if complimentary water bottles were replenished daily and not just upon arrival. We would stay there again!
