Resort is nice, but food and staff let it down

1st the room that we had is nice for family to stay but it was too far to walk to get into our room from the lobby,pool & restaurants so the next day we requested if they could give us a room that closer to everything they gave us room though but we have to pay extra money which is the room are way smaller than the 1st one we have no choice but to pay otherwise we cannot enjoy our vacation just going back & forth on that family room,so we moved to the new room thinking that everything will be ok but the closet door is not working properly you have to push really hard just to close & open the door,then when my daughter took a shower the whole room was flooded because of the water coming out from the shower it end up wasting one day of our vacation because of the room issue.the room is nice but they need to put exhaust in the room cause the table & bench inside the room always wet because of the moist.2nd communication with they’re staff is hard we mostly don’t understand each other & 3rd the beach is not what i’m expectingwe mostly spend our time at the swimming pool
