“I absolutely loved my stay (only one night, sadly - would have stayed longer). The room was comfortable, offered plenty of bathroom amenities (a toothbrush without me having to ask for it), had TWO balconies, a robe and slippers, etc. The hotel is beautiful, quiet and in a great location to do some exploring. I took the bus from the airport and the closest stop was about 7 minutes away from the hotel. Breakfast is delicious (eggs, cheese, bread, fruits, coffee) and the staff is attentive.”

“Une nuit pour le travail Très bien Proche aéroport Petit dej fournit Clim”

“The A/C and drinks machine worked, as did the iron, and kettle. The balcony was useful, and the bed was comfortable. The gym was small, but all we needed, and breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Our laundry was cleaned and returned the following day. The WIFI worked, and there was free parking nearby. The hotel is off the beaten track and a short walk to amenities. “Tolle Lage des Hotels in der Fußgängerzone und 150 m vom Strand Finikoudes entfernt. Personal vom Empfang über Room Service bis zum Frühstücksraum sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel war sehr modern und gut unterhalten. Highlight war der Dachpool mit fantastischem Rundblick. Einziger Nachteil war die Geräuschkulisse von der Straße, insbesondere der Baulärm. Wir haben trotzdem gut geschlafen.”

“If you like to stay in the city and walk to various locations this hotelworks out very nicely. There is parking but its offsite but very reasonable.”

“We've stayed at LIV properties in the past. City Suites and Mackenzie. LIV Urban seems to have less care for it and slightly run down. The rooms are dirty, mostly the toilets with a lingering smell. There's also a stench in the lifts and hallways. The service at Mackenzie and the now closed City Suites were much better than Urban.”

“very good”

“It is a very nice property and we appreciated how nice and accommodating the owner and staff were. I would like to stay there again when I return to Cyprus. Thank you for your hospitality.”

“Central and right on the sea walk. Good bedding, helpful staff. However, ground level window of the room faced the back of the local restaurant where restaurant staff smoked and conversed loudly till midnight. Had to close windows and use air con to which I am very sensitive. Got sick at the end of. Also, informed the hotel in writing that injured my foot on shower ledge and didn’t hear back. I would find an alternative accommodation.”
