“Terrible customer service and terrible communication.
I wrote to them requesting a late check out 2 days prior to arrival then reminded them on each day of my stay… they kept delaying their answer and neglecting my request until the last midnight night prior to my check out they never said it’s not possible… I said I am willing to pay extra for few hours of late check out… they didn’t decline and promised to get back to me in the morning.

“The first room was awful and very noisy due to water pipes of gushing water from a door in the room. 2nd room much nicer. The reception team were lovely except for one you lady who was very rude and dismissive and just ignored us when we left. Overall ok but after 2 years staying here will try something else next year”
