Although we there just for a night, we were happy that we booked in that hotel. Kudos also to th front desk staff who was very friendly and helpful.

Room was great. Clean. Spacious. Nice bed. Only con with this hotel is it smells like smoke everywhere you go.

Room was good! Front desk employee I dealt with was very rude. She deactivated my key cards and when leaving the parking garage I had to pay to get out even though I had already paid for parking so ultimately double charged and frustrated.

There was a convention going on so we were upgraded to the Crockfords. Our stay was AMAZING!!! We did end up in the Conrad our last stay because we had to extend our stay due to a snow storm back home. This was a beautiful facility. The staff was lovely. (Except the lady who answered the phone when I called to ask about the coffee… she was a little short) I’d definitely come back. Oh the breakfast wasn’t that great… but I guess that’s fine….
