"Staff were very friendly as soon as you walked into the door. The hospitality was superb. My friend and I had a wonderful chat with the beautiful lady at the desk. I wish I had gotten her name. Chichi was also great at the bar. Overall, every staff member I met here was friendly and carried on a conversation. I would definitely book here again. It is also a location so you can walk to all the stores, restaurants, and the river."

"Hotel was nice. Need better signage. Marcus the bartender by the pool was amazing, friendliest worker there, entertained the entire pool. The lobby was dark, rooms were clean, paid extra for the balcony and no chairs out there. They should put mini fridges in the room. Overall pleasant"

"Room was clean and nice size. Bar and lobby staff were very friendly. Parking situation was frustrating - only valet is available and the process was very inconvenient. Not enough room to stop to give valet information on a narrow street and then had to use a mobile website to register and call car. Just seemed unnecessary and could be streamlined."

"The hotel is fine. Nothing special other than the great location, but it served its purpose. The front desk and reception area give a bad impression (a bit tired-looking, messy desks, etc.), but the staff was friendly and helpful. My room was nice with a lovely view of the square, the louder side of building. I barely heard the club opposite it. If you’re a light sleeper, choose the other side. The bathroom was bright, clean and modern, though the shower was small and got water all over the bathroom floor each time I used it. I don’t think they have breakfast, but you’re surrounded by restaurants. Parking was an offensive $50/day valet. Park in a public garage instead. Overall, it’s not bad, but not great either."
