“Great location in Harrogate and had everything we needed. We were on the 4th floor but there was a lift. Advice to anyone travelling with lots of luggage would be that there is no loading bay and the nearest paid car park is a couple of minutes walk away. The street parking is nowhere near.”

“Great place, would definitely stay again.”

“The apartment was good, but the company took a 100 GBP damage deposit (it was supposed to be a hold but the money was debited from my account). They then claimed not to have actually taken the money (despite evidence to the contrary) and despite acknowledging the need to return the damage deposit claim to have done so without actually having done so (because they claim it was just a hold). Communication with them is extremely poor because it is largely through an AI assistant - and when you...

“Great communication. Problem with the key card sorted really easily and quickly”

“The location was amazing, right in the middle of the city centre. The space was spotless and has everything you need. Check in was super simple and the host is great at staying in contact and answering any questions you have. I only stayed for 2 nights with work but will definitely be back.”
