Located in the heart of Skopje, the hotel is just a short walk from Macedonia Square via the riverside promenade. The Old Town is also within walking distance, so there is no need to arrange a taxi. Although I arrived on a late-night flight, the check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Such an awesome location overlooking the river and a 5 minute walk to the stone bridge. Staff was warm and accommodating. Breakfast was good. Rooms felt comfortable and modern. Highly recommend

A large hotel with good sized quite traditional rooms. Location is excellent, right at the edge of the pedestrianised central area and therefore easily accessible for taxis and public transport, and pleasantly walkable to the centre and numerous restaurants etc.

The location is great because the bus from the airport makes a stop right out in front of the hotel. Smoking culture is out of control in North Macedonia, hence there are rooms and areas of the hotel where it stinks with smoke.

It is located in city center, next to the river, very close and walking distance to many restaurants, fast foods, mall, market, Opera house and museum. Staffs are very polite, friendly and helpful. Hotel has exchange money with relatively good rate, but you can get better rate in the mall. Hotel and Rooms are clean, relatively small for a room with king bed.

Literally no Air Conditioner in hot sunny summer days/nights. They keep a minimum of 22 degree Celcius in the system and can not be adjusted. My first room was 28 degrees when I walked in and it took an hour to go to 27.5. They changed me to a room which was 25 degrees. The AC did not lower it overnight and during the day went up to 28-29. Unacceptable. Unpleasant, uncomfortable.

Wir waren eine Nacht im Hotel und es war schrecklich laut, so dass an Schlaf nicht zu denken war. Nicht weit vom Hotel entfernt, war eine Bühne aufgebaut, von wo aus bis zum frühen Morgen Musik herüber dröhnte. Von einem Hotel dieser Klassifizierung hätte ich erwartet, dass man uns im Vorfeld oder spätestens beim check- in über die bevorstehende Veranstaltung und Lärmbelästigung informiert hätte. Dann hätte ich die Chance gehabt, mich um Ohrstöpsel o.ä. zu kümmern. Um ca. 1 Uhr in der Nacht war ich an der Rezeption wegen des Lärms. Ohrstöpsel konnte man mir nicht bieten und auch ein Zimmer zur Veranstaltung angewandten Seite bot man mir nicht an. Es gab lediglich den Hinweis, dass die Veranstaltung wohl in einer Stunde zu Ende wäre - war sie aber nicht. Diese Übernachtung war eine Zumutung, da wir am nächsten Morgen auch wieder zum Flughafen mussten. Eine Entschädigung die von expedia angefragt wurde, wurde abgelehnt. Weiterhin fanden wir das Frühstück eines Hotels dieser Klassifizierung nicht angemessen. Es war ungemütlich im Raum, der einer Kantine glich. Besonders schmackhaft waren die Speisen, zum Teil ausgetrocknet, auch nicht. Aber wir sind satt geworden .

Tatil mi yaptik yoksa dayak mi yedik bilemedik

Bu otelde 2 kisi 1 gece konaklama yaptik. Otelin konumu cok guzel bir yerde. Odalar guzel ve temizdi. Fakat daha girdigimiz gibi resepsiyonda gorevli beyfendi gayet suratsiz ve soguk bir sekilde bizi karsiladi. Konaklamamiz boyunca gordugumuz butun calisanlar suratsiz ve asabi gorunuyorlardi. Bir kere bile hosgeldiniz, iyi tatiller, iyi gunler gibi ( her insanin birbirine soyledigi seyler) sozler hic olmadi. Zaten bu ulkeye geldigimize pisman olduk. Genel anlamda tum insanlari soguk ve itici. Bir gun degil 1 saatte bile merkezi gezersiniz. Bana kalirsa bosuna masraf edip gezmek icin bu ulkeye gitmeyin derim. Ve hijyen acisindan cok kotu bir yer. Aşırı pisti her yer.

Gutes Hotel und sehr sauber.

Hat gepasst, allerdings frisches Brot oder Semmeln wären gut beim Frühstück. Auch ein bischen Englisch hilft beim Omelett zubereiten.

Basic hotel op een goede locatie. Zeer comfortabel bed. Ik had een rustige kamer gevraagd, maar kreeg er 1 aan de voorkant aan een drukke weg. Toen ik vroeg of ze nog een kamer aan de andere kant hadden, werd mij verteld dat ze helemaal vol zaten. Toen ik daarna op de boekingssites keek bleek dat er nog kamers waren en ze dus niet vol zaten. Beetje jammer dit...

Merhabalar, Resepsiyon gorevlileri cok nazikti,ancak ilk aksam 318 nolu odada konakladim ve odada bocekler mevcuttu.Ertesi gun odadan degismek istedim ve 316 nolu odayi verdiler,durum maalesef orada da ayniydi.5 yildizli bir otel icin kesinlikle kabul edilir bir durum degil.Odalardaki bocekleri kanitlamak icin video ve foto da cektim.Olayı basit bir özür ile kapattılar ve en kucuk jest bile yapmadilar.Bu ayardaki otel icin buyuk bir eksiklik.Tavsiye etmiyiyorum.

Stayed there one night. It was good sleep. there is a casino in the hotel. I didn't go in but I just checked. Its small with couple of games. I didn't want to order room service but there is no vending machine in the hotel. Overall it was nice and quite hotel. I also didn't go but I saw it was close to old city.
