"I’m honestly tempted to gatekeep this place because it’s such a gem. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean, spacious by NYC standards, and had a nice mid-to-modern vibe. The staff was great — attentive, kind, and fast. I requested room service and it happened quickly, and when I realized I was missing something from the room, they brought it right up with no issues. The on-property restaurant was amazing (truly delicious), and the front-of-house team was warm and on point the whole time. Overall, I don’t have a single complaint. they are doing an incredible job with customer service. Kudos to the entire team."

"Super convenient location! Walkable to everything, close to times square and broadway shows, as well as Radio City music hall. Easy access to public transportation. It was loud outside, but it is NY so that is expected. Not a great view from the room on the 8th floor, but room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Shower took a while to heat up and had to have on full heat to get a good temp."

"Amazing Hotel! The staff is very friendly and kind. The check in and checkout process is very easy. It’s at a good spot the bus is right around the corner if you don’t feel like walking. The room is very nice for the price. Highly recommend if you are coming to visit. The bus terminal is also very close. "
