“Just OK across the board, if not slightly below average for the price. Things were generally clean and comfortable, though the carpets could’ve been a little cleaner (especially near baseboards), and the interiors are just generally a little bit older. Breakfast was bland…cereal, bagels, etc…and sausage. No eggs, no pastries, etc. though…which is odd. I was there three nights, and my room was never even made up. When I mentioned this to the front desk and check out, I was told you have to ask...

“We were in town for Lilac Tournament. R Property and room were very clean. Would stay here again. Free breakfast was ok. Waffle maker/. Bagels and cereal. No eggs or bacon sausage.”

“The hot tub and pool were amazing. I was sad that I could not get the room with the jetted tub. The parking was fine . The breakfast was wonderful they had: apples, cuties, coffee, tea, waffles, boiled peeled eggs, yogurt, cereal with different milks, etc. I enjoyed my one night with no issues.”

“Absolutely disgusting. They gave my room away to someone at 2:30am they were trying to get into my room. The door opened and I yelled. Manager lied and said they went to the wrong room but the people had a key that opened the door and they said that was the right room number they were given. Worst hotel ive ever stayed at. I never even got an apology.”

“Upon arrival our room was dirty and needed a thorough cleaning. It was a three night stay and the housecleaning department never showed up. We made our own bed. Overheard the staff talking that there is a shortage of housekeepers. Guests should be informed of this fact as we were not. The side exterior door handle was broken as was the cylinder that closes it so it slammed all night long. The door would not lock thus making a security concern. Our final issue is the value for the money, we did...

“Check in was impersonal and done by texts, never meet in keepers or their manager. We did meet the cook at breakfast. Overall, a nice stay.”

“Windows were pretty grimy, the walls are really thin where I could hear full on conversations of the people next door, and the outdoor pool was closed for maintenance and a bit unsightly. Also there was no coffee options for when the Starbucks closed which was a bit disappointing. The towels and robe were starchy. One of the bottles in the shower was empty.”
