โHost really welcoming....breakfast was excellent...room was very clean and furnishings lovely ...bed was so comfortable..
Don't normally sleep well in a strange bed ..but had a fab nights sleep.
Great for walks close by ..restaurants 5 minute walk x All in all 10 out of 10โ

โVery quiet and comfortable beds.
Nice breakfast.. I ordered a coffee as wanted a latte that wasnt included. It was no trouble and made at the bar.. delicious.
The hotel is very clean with nice toiletries and tastefully decorated throughout.

โWe stayed at the property for 3 days and loved it. Mike and Carrie who own this property are a fabulous host and they made sure our stay is fully comfortable. My boys loved it when they chocolates on the day we were climbing the Snowdon mountain. The property is situated at a very good location not far from Betws-y-coed and the great part is Mike and Carrie have so well maintained the original character of this manor. We 100% recommend staying at this place.โ
โPlenty to see locally. Arts and crafts, great pubs and stunning scenery. Free parking opposite the hotel. A decent selection of locally made beers and a great selection of meals in the restaurant.โ
โRichard is very much the 'Host with the Most'. Very chatty and friendly, and knowledgeable about the area. He went above and beyond for us...Carrying our cases up to the top floor...And down again when we left. Plus he does a cracking packed lunch.
Our room was more than adequate, comfy and clean.
The only gripe from our point of view is that we'd prefer proper cups and spoons...โ
โGreat stay! Could t fault the accommodation at all! 5 min drive from zip world, host left some extras for us, tea coffee sugar milk bottle of bubbly and some chocolates and shortbread! Excellent touch! Some nice walks nearby weather your a novice or a professional hiker something for everyone! Will definitely stay again!
