Quick family get away! We had a great stay at the Viceroy! The property is in an amazing location with beautiful mountain views, and our room was very clean and comfortable. They were also able to accommodate us with an early check-in, which was such a nice surprise and really helped us start enjoying our trip right away. Thank you to the staff for being so attentive, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. We truly appreciated it!

Appreciated the suite style rooms. Location is a little precarious to walk to the Snowmass Village & Mall, yet quieter for the same reason. Note the daily cost of mandatory valet use even though there’s a free garage within walking distance. The lounge is gorgeous and food quality of the restaurant was incredible. Highly recommend using your resort credit for breakfasts there. And using the terrace with pool & hot tubs as much as possible to make the resort charges worth it.

I had reserved an ADA one bedroom and they reassigned me without asking to a less desirable non ADA room over the bar. The bedroom was a nightmare to navigate as the bath, closet and bedroom door all opened on to each other. The decor is dated. Gym is great. Valet super friendly. Location convenient for hiking and walking. I will stay at the Limelight Snowmass next time - better rooms and awesome breakfast.
