“Everything was great food and breakfast, service, ambiance, cleanliness, transportation. The only drawback is the staircase to the lobby. For travelers with luggage it is tricky to go up the stairs.”
“The hotel is conveniently located. It has a good breakfast buffet. It offers transportation to and from the airport 24 hours every 30 minutes (keep in mind that between midnight and 4 or 5 am it runs every hour).
It has a laundry area for guests which is nice if you need to iron your clothes.

“Incredible.. very nice hotel in Zona G, clean, high-end, cozy, comfortable. The staff was always corteous and willing to answer all inquiries. The rooms do not have climate control (it's Bogotá) but the temp was perfect my whole stay (the window opens). Breakfast on the 2nd floor, awesome restaurant and service. The area around the hotel is safe and upscale, 2 supermarkets nearby (D1 and Carulla) and dozens of eateries. Plaza Avenida Chile is a short walk from the hotel. Hope to be back soon.”
