這是我這趟旅行最差的旅館也是最貴的
先說訂房後的問題詢問, Mail 給飯店都沒回, 因為Expedia 說 Cancel 不會手取費用 (幾個禮拜前),但是飯店會不會不清楚, 所以想跟飯店問會不會收費,
Check in 後的問題:
1. 依照GPS抵達飯店後還以為GPS定位有問題,因為飯店看起來想工地, 事實上飯店的確有在施工.
2. 因為停車場跟飯店有點距離所以員工也跟我們說車子要怎麼開可以開到飯店門口可以下行李, 但是後來發現照員工描述的方式會經過施工的場所, 車子根本沒辦法經過, 跟在施工的人員訊問後,工地人員表示要再往遠處開, 但是往遠處開去的確可以看到有路徑可以到飯店門口, 但是那入口是鎖住的, 然後就再把車開到停車場, 慢慢自己把行李搬至飯店.
3. 進入房間後才發現上面發生的不是更糟的, 浴室小而且淋浴非常不方便, 床單,枕頭讓你會覺得很髒, 陽台整個鏽蝕不堪, 而且跟隔壁方只用一塊比人高一點的鐵塊隔間, 到處磁磚剝落, 看起來像是難民營.
4. 電梯才好笑, 可以從一樓到二樓,但是二樓不可以到一樓, 不知道是甚麼白癡的設計, 所以很重的行李可以幫你往上搬,往下搬要走樓梯? 我們一開始以為是電梯壞了, 後來問飯店的櫃台才知道這是原本的設計.

5. 要check out 的時候有看到車子經過飯店門口, 所以想知道他們怎麼從進出那個出入口, 後來看到要自己把鎖鍊解開才可以 ( 後來才知道那是飯店的員工) , 所以check out 後就再把車開到比較遠的入口想說自己解開鎖鍊就可以不需要拖著重重的行李,當開到入口的時候看到有人剛好也要經過入口,所以就順利開到飯店門口,但是員工遽然出來罵人,還問說我怎麼近去的, 一個就算了, 另一個講一樣的話, 還說我要應該要穿過工地, 從飯店門口旁邊的空地才對, 因為飯店門口跟旁邊的空地是有階梯相隔, 車子是沒辦法跨過的, 所以員工會知道你是從那個入口進來,
這家飯店的員工應該是我遇過最不可思意的笨員工, 自己旅館在施工而且入口沒辦法讓客人開車到飯店旁聚然會不知道, 而且那施工看起來也不是第一天再施工, 最少施工已經超過一個禮拜了.

Långt ifrån civilisationen och mycket barnaktiviteter ägde rum under dagarna här. Fanns tillgång till pool, gym och fotbollsplan man kunde använda sig av. Rummen fina, finns potential till förbättring. Godkänt!

1. Очень удобно было, что заселение происходит с 18 часов, а выселение до 16 часов, так как нам всё равно нужно было долго собираться и добираться в отель, а уезжать рано не хотелось, так как надо выспаться.
2. Заселение прошло быстро и без проблем: нашли нашу оплаченную бронь, выдали ключ от номера (правда только один на двоих), после нашей просьбы соединили две односпальные кровати в одну двухспальную буквально за десять минут.
3. Шведский стол был не только на завтрак, но и на обед, и на ужин. У нас был полупансион, разрешили выбрать обед или ужин в дополнение к завтраку. Наедаться можно было так, что третий приём пищи в день был уже не нужен.
4. Отель находится в деревне в тихом месте, вокруг леса и озёра, чистый воздух.
5. В номере чисто, но в санузле тесновато.
6. Удобно, что в коридоре можно набирать холодную и горячую питьевую воду бесплатно.
7. Посещение бассейна и спортивного зала входит в стоимость проживания (выдают абонемент на срок проживания).
8. Есть удобные холлы с диванчиками в коридорах, настольные игры, книги.
9. В каждом номере есть просторный балкон, красивые шторы и гардины, много полочек для вещей в шкафу и тумбочках.
10. Есть возможность добраться на общественном транспорте из Москвы (электричка + маршрутка).
11. Стены довольно тонкие, часто слышны звуки из коридора или соседнего номера, но это сильно не мешало.
12. Мы остались довольны отдыхом, можно рекомендовать отель для пар и семей с детьми (таких там было много).

Все прискорбно!!!
Телевизор старый, без пульта, розетка одна в номере, либо телефон заряжаешь, либо телевизор смотришь, чайника, холодильника нет, столовых приборов нет, единственный кулер на этаже не работает. В номере порядок не наводится, шампунь, гель для душа не обновляется, магазинов поблизости нет, ресторан на первом этаже работает до 22.00. Шведский стол скудный, однообразный, wi-fi подключить так и не смог..
