The room is bigger than most of other hotels in South Korea Staff are nice it felt like home quick check in and check out If you come here just select Ocean View it was just perfect in the morning the view was really beautiful They only have cafe and Ashley Queen the buffet restaurant its not expensive comparing the quality its convenient and yummy but still i wish there was a la carte menu, maybe i didnt see it? Nice bed we could deeply rest here not feeling tired at all , perfect for 3 days 2 nights trip very recommended Would love to come here again keep it up love the service feel like home 💕💕💕💕💕

Disappointed at the way they did the renovation. Still felt very old. Shower in the bathroom was not properly separated. Wallpapers were peeling off and staff was not responsive at all. I would not stay here again when I am back in the area.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, my experience was quite disappointing due to cleanliness issues. Upon entering the room, it was clear the housekeeping standards were lacking. The floors hadn’t been thoroughly swept, with visible dust ,dust and crumbs in some areas. The bathroom also had issues, including hair in the sink and shower, and the towels didn’t feel or smell as fresh as I would expect from a hotel of this caliber. Even the bedding left me feeling uneasy, with stains and holes that suggested it hadn’t been properly changed. This really impacted my ability to feel comfortable and relaxed during my stay. I hope management takes steps to improve the cleanliness standards, as this could be a much more enjoyable place to stay with more attention to detail.

직원들께서 밝은 모습으로 일일이 대응해주셔서 좋았습니다. 체크인/아웃때는 많이 바쁘실텐데 늘 한결같은 모습으로 대응해 주시고, 프런트로 전화 문의시에도 친절하셨습니다. 해변가는 아주 깨끗하고 에어건, 모래 세척하는 곳도 잘 마련되어있어서 다음에도 또 오려고 합니다. 숙박시설도 어른 2명과 아이 2명이 사용하기에도 넓고 쾌적했으며 가족 구성원 모두 만족해하고 또 오고싶어하는 이야기를 나누며 여행을 즐겼습니다. 2박 3일동은 잘 쉬었습니다 ^^

속초/고성 여행 최고의 선택

프리미어 오션뷰(클린) 객실에서 2박3일간 잘 머물다 왔습니다. 먼저 켄싱턴비치가 도보이동 가능한 거리에 있어서 애들이랑 물놀이하기 딱좋았네요. 그리고 설악워터피아도 차로 10분거리에 있어 워터피아 편하게 이용가능합니다. 클린룸이라 전자렌지를 이용한 조리만 가능한데 주변 반경 2~3km 내에 하나로마트를 비롯한 대형마트, 식당가들이 즐비하여 전혀문제되지 않았고 오히려 더 청결한 컨디션을 유지할 수 있는것 같습니다. 리조트내에서 애슐리 퀸즈, 오하루, 편의점 등을 편하게이용할수 있고 갖가지 특산품 등을 판매하고있어 또다른 재미가 있었네요. 단, 오하루는 좀 비싸긴 합니다. 개실이용객들은 오하루 오픈기념 쿠폰을 이용하시면 그래도 좀 낫네요. 우리가 머문 객실이 오션뷰이다보니 정말 그림같은 풍경을 만끽할수 있었으나, 시선안에 공사중인 건물이 있어 좀 아쉽긴했네요. 클린객실은 취사가 불가능 하여 조금 불편할수 있으나 반대급부로 깨끗한 환경에서 즐길수있으니 이 부분은 성향에 따라 고려해볼 내용입니다. 주차는 조금 불편합니다. 이는 짐을 객실로 옮기는데 직접적인 영향이 있습니다. 공간이 부족한건 아니나 성수기에는 조금만 늦어도 좀 멀리 주차해야할 가능성이 높아요~ 속초 가족여행을 매년다니는데(집은 김해네요) 켄싱턴비치리조트는 처음이었는데 가족들 모두 만족한 여행이 되었네요. 다시 들르고싶은 숙소인건 말할나위없구요. 좋은 추억 만들고 갑니다!!!

청결하고 쾌적해서 재방문 하고 싶어요.

프론트직원도 친절하였고, 룸과 복도 및 시설내부가 청결해서 기분이 좋았습니다. 옷장 안에 비와 쓰레받이가 있어서 바로바로 청소할 수 있어 좋았구요. 퇴실할 때 분리수거장도 가 보니 청결하게 정리되어 있어서 관리가 잘 되고 있구나 싶었어요. 애슐리 조식도 메뉴가 다양한데다 바로바로.음식이 채워지고 있어 불편함 없이 조식을 즐길 수 있었어요. 켄싱턴은 이번이 처음이었지만 내년에 재방문하고 싶네요.

저는 프리미어 오션뷰룸에 숙박했는데 바다가 한눈에 들어오는 방이라 너무 맘에 들었어요. 모든 직원분들이 친절하셨고 부대시설도 카페나 애슐리, 사우나까지 저는 모두 만족했습다. 평일이라 그런지 주차장도 널럴한편이었고 저는 재방문 의사 매우있어요.

5년전 이용하고 오랜만에 갔는데 옛날 객실이었지만 침대 쇼파 리뉴얼 되어서 좋았습니다~씽크대 있어서 아이랑 음식 먹기도 편하고~ 단! 창문쪽에서 바람이 슝슝 들어와서 후리스 입고 잤네요…애들 이불 걷어찰까봐..계속 덮어줬네요….단열이랑 씽크대 문이 떨어져나갈꺼같아..시설 정비도 필요할꺼같아요… 그런쪽만 정비라면 좋은 숙소 입니다~
