"The pillow was too low and small. When asked two more pillows for myself and my wife, the front asked extra charge. The noise from outside was loud enough prevented us from keeping us awake. "The staff at check in were polite and helpful. There's a convenience store off the lobby, nice to have that. The room was clean and had everything you would expect. The very special thing this hotel has to offer is the excellent natural hot springs bath, free to hotel guests (not coed). If you are a hot springs fan like me, you should definitely stay here."
