"Everything from check-in to check out and all the in between went smoothly, friendly customer service, clean hotel, clean room, spacious, great amenities in the room, quiet. Great location. "

"The room next door was having loud arguments at 3:30 am. I called the front desk, received no answer. Went downstairs and spent 5 minutes trying to get the employees attention. He had headphones on and was scrolling on his phone. He called them and asked them to be quiet. He then called my room and told me to call if they were loud again. They were. I called. He didn't pick up. I went back downstairs and spent another 5 minutes trying to get his attention. Absolutely ridiculous. "

"The room had many stains… Blood on the comforter, big yellow/orange stain on the wall next to the toilet, stains all over the carpet. Staff was nice but the conditions of this hotel could improve for sure. "
