When I went to checking a little late night because I was busy all day i just want to go and relax and sleep, some one was already checking with my reservation, the thing is when I went there before they know who was me the normal cheking process like the all hotels do they ask me for my id and the card I used to paid for the reservation they wasn’t able to find my reservation until I give my reservation number and in that moment they find out some one already checking with my name but my question is that person give a id with my name and a credit car that I used because they check that why they didn’t did the process with that person too??
