"Room was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I was supposed to have a joining rooms. It wasn’t initially set up that way, but the young lady helped to fix the issue. Put us in adjoining rooms. I can’t say much about the amenities because the pool was down which also means we weren’t able to access the hot tub either and also one of the elevator shut down. Staff was super amazing and friendly. Breakfast was really great good options. Everything tasted good."

"Clean and convenient with a comfortable bed. Would have preferred a coffee maker in the room but was able to walk down the hall and get one. My wife enjoyed the breakfast. Given how expensive Hocking Hills is these days this is a convenient and reasonable priced place to stay without choosing a potentially iffy motel. Only downside was kids making noice in the hallway late at night."

"Arrived a bit early. Although we couldn't check in, they did give us a flyer with attractions and very valuable information that we had a chance to go over. The staff were nice and smiled. Down fall things, the beds were to firm causing a back ache every night, the toilet paper very thin and rough,breakfast items were basic could of used a larger toaster and second waffle make. Big mention, there isn't a elevator. Location was easy to get to and quiet."
