Accommodations. When I arrived a few hours early the Front Desk Rep. explained that the hotel had been booked; when in actually only the rooms reserved for Expedia customers had been, instead of offering a regular-priced room on an upper floor she had the Manager come out, who was just as unaccommodating and had us still wait nearly two hours. The Dining room was BY FAR the best experience of the entire weekend. Excellent Service and a delicious menu. Once we acquired a room; an hour before normal check-in, there was bodily dirt and hair in the tub. But, of course, the Housekeeping staff, also EXCELLENT, came quickly and rectified the situation. Upon checkout, I received a receipt for the Early Arrival and a simple meal I had, except my card was changed considerable more. I am absolutely sure this experience was a “ONE AND DONE” experience.
