The hotel has a perfect location, close to the market, supermarket, spa, gym… and a 7-minute walk from the Old Town.
The rooms are incredibly clean and well-equipped with modern amenities, and the bathrooms are clean and spacious.
The owner gave excellent suggestions that you should definitely consider. We regret that our stay was too short and we were very satisfied with everything. We will return soon."

"No vibration. The owner does not speak English and seems more concerned about profitability than about contact with clients. His wife speaks a few words of French. I booked a room with a window but there was a wall in front of it at 70 cm.It feels like being watched constantly."

"The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, the room was large and roomy, the ammenities plentiful and the beds super comfy! Location wise this place was perfect, an easy walk into the markets yet quiet enough to allow us peace from the hustle and bustle. We were honestly so impressed and feel this place is massively underrated and understated. We were so happy with our stay and will be recommending to everyone planning a trip to Hoi An. "

"The bathroom had a tub, the walls were finished with stone tlles. My room had a balcony and windows on two wall sides. I really liked my room and wished I could have spent more time here. The friendly family that owns the property have owned the "Homestay" for ten years so they understand what their customers need. This property is so quiet at night that you won't get a better sleep."

"Big clean roomwith a good sized bathroom. Came with a balcony with a bistro style table and 2 chairs. Limited breakfast menu to choose from but all choices are good to have and given the price of the accomadations its a surprise that there is a breakfast included. The hosts are friendly and helpful, they booked a private car/suv to hue at a bargain price for me. This homestay is soo much better than some 3 star hotels that this is the second time I've stayed there and will stay there again...

"The host family was awesome and would go the extra mile to support any and all guest with great services. The location is walkable to town, the "Eats" and An Bang beach as well if you are a walker. You can rent a bicycle as well there. Miss/Cô Trinh does custom tailoring at prices below main street Hoi An's vendors. She helped with my alteration needs and also made me a new pair of pants. The workmanship is of quality. I absolutely enjoyed my stay there. As we have choices, I highly recommend...
