“The room unknown to me at booking was a group of containers stacked together . There were other houses and bungalows on the property and available, but they chose to put me in a container- 500-700 meters from the front desk. It’s a huge beautiful compound with bungalows, cabins, and million dollar cars in the parking lot, but to food service, no lighting after hours, actually a bit dodgy for a number of reasons. Avoid.”

“Would have been okay for the price, but the AC was not capable of cooling the room. The room was very hot, plus the AC dropped water drops on the bed, right at face level. We informed management and were told nothing could be done. Give this, we left after the first night and were not reimbursed for the remaining night.”

“침구는 매우 눅눅하고 냄새가 나서 이불을 딉지 않고 잠을 자다가 너무 추워서 새벽에 깨서 겨울 점퍼를 꺼내입었다. 화장실 상태도 아주 설명하기 힘들다. 새벽에 도착해서 공항근처에 위치한 가격이 저렴한 호텔이라지만 다음 여행에 큰 지장을 줄수 있으니 심각하게 좀더 돈을 쓰고 깨끗한 숙소를 정하는것이 좋을것이다. 이곳은 가족이 트랜짓으로 정하기에는 매우 부적합하다.”

“Overall impression of Sheraton is that the staff are amazing. I checked in very late in the morning yet the staff was polite and quick with the check-in process. When I checked out I had to rush to the airport to catch my plane and 'Rosie' picked up a taxi since the grab driver was asking to pay in cash when I didn't have any. And she even gave us a hanoi keyring as a small gift. I would definitely recommend this place!”
