"The Santorini Water park facilities were really clean and lovely, especially the spa area and small indoor/outdoor pool. Great for kids. The hotel has a mart, coffee shop and pizza pub on site. All were very good. However, Our room was not very clean and the facilities inside the room were very poor. "

Opened a window, set the thermostat again, came back couple of hours later at 30 degrees. Much better but still warm. Window stayed open rest of stay. 0-8 degrees outside January weather. Aside from that great hotel! Loved it."
