"The service at this hotel is exceptional ā€” easily the best Iā€™ve experienced. I had a migraine and asked about early check-in. They let me know the room would be ready by 2pm, and while I was waiting in the lobby, a staff member came to find me before 2pm to let me know I could check in, which I really appreciated. There is also a staff member in the lobby who greets guests and helped bring my luggage to the room while explaining the in-room services. I used the luggage storage service twice, and every staff member I encountered was consistently attentive and professional. Cleanliness was top notch. Everything in the room was well organized, including the information sheets. While the hotel itself isnā€™t particularly modern, it is very well maintained. You can tell they take pride in upkeep ā€” even the public washrooms in the lobby were spotless. Overall, the level of care and service here really stands out. "
