Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned daily, it's small but that was expected. Really liked that the shopping and dining areas were walking distance from the hotel. Enjoyed our stay🌺

The property is not the cleanest. Unjust fired employees from 4 years ago created a crowd and protesting with loud music right at the entrance of the hotel. Something sad and unexpected to see in South Korea. Rooms are cleaned every day and the property and rooms are outdated and smell old. The location is great however

I booked the Presidential Suite. I needed a much bigger space. The rate was great for the size of the room. Super nice and clean. It even had a balcony/rooftop area. Great location. Everything is right down below. Would def stay here again, however, I would suggest to book the bigger rooms as my friends stay in the smaller room and they did not like it.

When I arrive, there was nothing really around this hotel. Also felt unsafe as I had a corner room and the entire night the emergency or exit door was wide open to where anybody could come into the halls without being a guest. Also very limited transportation. It took me about an hour and a half ...
