Everyone we encountered were very nice, thoughtful and considerate.
Except one woman at the reception.
The room was never properly cleaned.
Bathroom floor and drain remained dirty for most of the stay - we spent 12 days there.
So was the floor - never vacuumed
Bed was comfortable
Clean linen
Room was ok - floor 19 - we are not sure if it was what we booked.
Deluxe - was there a difference vs Premium?
Good access to Time Square - near the subway
Not sure if we will book again here.
Our name was never changed on the booking - see photo - hence not knowing if the room was really booked for us
