Reception was great. Very nice decoration in the bedroom. The shower room could be in better condition (floor and wall tiles and the shower). Breakfast was ok. Little variety of fruits and cakes.

The only annoying thing in my experience was not have the freedom to access my own bedroom. They had a roulette monitoring and demanding a password to enter the hallway of the hotel rooms. Inconvenient and unnecessary.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excelente, mas Estacionamento caro Minha experiência é sempre muito boa no geral. A qualidade do serviço e das instalações é excelente e consistente. A única ressalva é o custo do estacionamento, que considero caro demais para o padrão.

A equipe foi muito incompetentemente. Pedi a troca da roupa de cama no 1 dia, e passei 3 diárias usando o mesmo lençol manchado. Deixei a toalha pendurada para secar e a camareira levou e deixou apenas 1, assim, me sequei com toalha úmida. Pedi uma manta de microfibra porque não gosto de edredom, e dois dias não colocaram no quarto. A camareira não faz reposição de sabonete. Precisei levar uma unidade para a academia e nas outras duas diárias, usei o shampoo fedorento de vocês para tomar banho.

O hotel é bem localzado com muitas comodidades bem próximas. O café da manhã é bom. Tem uma lavanderia com máquina de lavar e secar à disposição por uma taxa de valor justo. Dispõe também de ferro e tábua de passar roupas. Ponto negativo foi que no apartamento em que ficamos, o 03, a torneira pia da penteadeira vazava encorrendo água até o chão e a água quente da ducha demorava para aquecer.

Gostei bastante, otimos quartos. Unico ponto negativo foi em relação ao tapete q estava sujo e os pratos tbm. So tinha somente uma toalha no banheiro.. sendo q estavamos em casal. Mas de resto estava otimo!!

Check in muito lento, demorou mais de 30 minutos. O chuveiro não segurava a água quente, péssimo. Quando pedimos checkout late, o atendente não gostou muito. Está na hora do serviço de hotelaria respeitar um pouco o cliente. Sorocaba tem muitos hotéis, eu não voltaria ao Tulip in.

Ruim. Não tem tomadas elétricas próximas a mesa de trabalho no quarto, faltou edredom ou cobertor na cama, a água do box do banheiro vaza para a parte seca do banheiro e um check in muito burocrático.
