O hotel até atende ao que oferece (bom custo-benefício) mas deixou a desejar, o chuveiro parou de funcionar durante 3 banhos, a água quente parava e só tinha gelada, demorava uns minutos até voltar. A última vez, demoraram muito para consertar. E o café da manhã, era gostosinho, mas o pão de queijo estava sempre borrachudo.

O preço é caro para um produto ruim

O café servido no quarto é péssimo. Eu não tive variedades pra escolher. Ele esfria pois não está em garrafa térmica. Tem hotéis pelo mesmo preço muito melhores. Se ouve barulho do quarto ao lado. O chuveiro esfria no meio do banho.

Um funcionario para recepcao e todas as outras funcoes, que alem disso era nova e não sabia utilizar direito siatema. Nao conseguiam saber se eu tinha pago ou nao a reserva, cobraram cafe da manha e nao entregaram no horario, não usufrui e ainda nao me devolveram dinheiro. Muito desorganizado. Paredes do quarto sujas.

O hotel já foi um motel. O quarto só tem uma janela pequena fechada, de vidro, perto do teto, sem cortina, que dá uma sensação de claustrofobia, qdo toma banho o vapor não tem por onde sair, e quando amanhece o quarto fica cheio de iluminação, impedindo que a pessoa durma se quiser. O banheiro é separado do quarto por uma porta sanfona, sem desnivel, e qdo se toma banho, o chão do quarto fica cheio de água, o que, além de desagradavel é um grande risco de queda. Também apareceu barata no quarto. Qto às recepcionistas, a da noite foi um pouco mal educada e todas mentem. No checkout, sábado de manhã, elas não conseguiram acessar o código da Expedia para pagamento e tive que pagar por fora, reclamando várias vezes que estava achando que haveria dupla cobrança. Pedi a Nota fiscal para que, caso houvesse essa dupla cobrança, eu pudesse comprovar que havia feito o pagamento prlo hotel. Pegaram meus dados, nome, celular, cpf e email, para envio da NF por e, após reclamação, disseram que eu não informei o cpf.

Simples, mas conveniente

O hotel é simples, pequeno, mas acomoda muito bem quem só precisa passar a noite. O atendimento foi bem cordial, embora minha reserva feita pelo site não tenha sido localizada, nos forçando a fazer uma ligação para a hoteis.com para confirmar. O wifi funcionou muito bem.

O hotel não sabia sobre a reserva feita no Expedia, e aparentemente nem conheciam o site. A estrutura do hotel é boa, porém atendimento péssimo.

Vergonhoso... apenas não chamem de hotel

Ridículo, vergonhoso. Um vidro entreaberto com película (filme) revelava os barulhos da rua bem como a luz mesmo durante a noite. Cama ruim e roupa de cama sofrível. Interruptor da luz do Quarto era uma gambiarra feita d3 extensão com uma lâmpada presa na parede. Café da manhã sugiro que parem de oferecer. R$ 15,00 para ir num depósito misturado com a cozinha do local e ficar de pé no meio das caixas e louças sujas juntamente com a pia de trabalho doa funcionários. Deplorável. EXPEDIA poderia não expor estas opções aos seus usuários.

No primeiro dia a cama com o pé quebrado, pia entupida, tive que mudar de quarto. No segundo e último dia recebi um colega por 20 min para fazer manutenção em meu computador e fui cobrado R$ 30, por ele ter ido ao meu quarto, só havia visto isso em motéis e olhe lá, e é o depoimento de quem passou mais de 20 anos viajando e em hoteis, Péssimo, não recomendo e não volto.
