Funcionários da recepção extremamente educados e profissionais. Limpeza impecável. Minha única reclamação é que o hotel ficou sem água das 10h da manhã até aproximadamente meio-dia. Eu solicitei algumas horas a mais na minha estadia e só tive uma hora a mais. O transtorno causado por falta de água não foi compensado devidamente.

Hotel com ótima localização, anexo ao Plaza Shopping Itu. Staff atencioso. Minha estadia foi de apenas um dia, mas tudo estava em ordem e dentro do padrão Ibis. Recomendo.

Estive na hospedagem em 2017 e retornei pela experiência anterior. Uma instalação boa e funcional para que não precisa de muito luxo. Até deu minha necessidade. Dois pontos que gostaria de registrar como relevante. Aluguei dois quartos e um deles não tinha os canais de tv conforme anunciado. Fiz uma reclamação por duas vezes, mas fui ignorado. Somente fui informado que a "manutenção iria ver" e nada foi feito. Outra coisa que me incomodou foi o barulho dos chuveiros das unidades vizinhas durante a noite e pela manhã.
