Reception was great. Very nice decoration in the bedroom. The shower room could be in better condition (floor and wall tiles and the shower). Breakfast was ok. Little variety of fruits and cakes.

The only annoying thing in my experience was not have the freedom to access my own bedroom. They had a roulette monitoring and demanding a password to enter the hallway of the hotel rooms. Inconvenient and unnecessary.

Bom atendimento, mas necessita de reformas.
O ponto positivo é a equipe, que desde o check-in, durante a hospedagem e no check-out nos atenderam muito bem. O quarto é amplo e cama confortável. Pontos negativos comecando pelo banheiro que precisa de manutenção urgente, porta toalhas caindo da parede, chuveiro com vazamento, toalhas muito velhas, finas e manchadas. Travesseiros finos e de estrutura fraca, cafe da manhã com poucas opções e sem reposição.

O hotel tem localização apenas ok e uma fachada nova e bem bonita. O atendimento não é espetacular, mas cumpre seu papel. O quarto possuía inúmeros pequenos defeitos: chuveiro enferrujado, cortina black out que não veda a luz (e com buracos), lençóis furados e a TV (de plasma!) só funciona com canais abertos. O estacionamento é pago à parte e muito estranho: vc precisa entrar “por trás” no hotel para acessá-lo e, no dia que chegamos, perguntei se poderia deixar o carro parado em frente ao hotel até levar minhas malas para o quarto e retornar em questão de minutos e o atendente, ainda que gentilmente, negou. O café da manhã tem boa variedade e qualidade dos itens. Como fiquei hospedado num fim de semana em que as demais opções da cidade estavam bem caras, achei um custo-benefício razoável (R$220 a diária para duas pessoas, mais R$18 do estacionamento).

Funcionários agradáveis, quarto limpo e organizado. Esperava um pouco mais do café da manhã pois achei que tinha poucas opções, estacionamento terceirizado pago e não estava especificado no momento da reserva. Chuveiro da nossa unidade estava bem desregulado, pois demorava muito para esquentar e de repente a água ficava pelando ou então muito gelado. Quando fiz a reserva eu reservei o quarto standard com cama queen, cooktop e geladeira. Porém quando cheguei no quarto a cama era de casal e não havia cooktop e geladeira.. os funcionários nos mostraram outros quartos e todos possuíam o mesmo padrão de cama, porém não tinha geladeira em nenhum deles. Não sei se foi erro de digitação do site mas a cama queen e de casal possuem tamanhos bem diferentes que proporcionam maior conforto.. se todo o hotel tem o mesmo padrão de tamanho deveriam trocar o anúncio onde enfatizam a cama queen.. pois além de tudo isso houve diferença de valor do quarto pela cama queen. Paguei por quarto com cama queen e recebi o com cama de casal onde o valor era inferior

O quarto e muito bom. Cama muito confortavel, limpo e organizado. As toalhas de banho tem que ser trocadas. Pois estão muito velha. Mas no restante o hotel e muito bom.
