New and clean hotel in a very convenient location - next to metro station, full of restaurants around.

Everything was good except for it was the firmest bed I've ever tried sleeping on

Great property in an excellent area. There are lots of local restaurants and connivence stores nearby. Five minute walk to the subway line 2 with easy access to Gangnam. The room was perfect for me (solo traveler) it had a nice tub and hot shower, comfy bed and it was very peaceful. I never heard any noises from other visitors and the street despite traffic was very quiet. They offer complimentary tea and high quality coffee. Staff is helpful.

I love this hotel. Staff is friendly, rooms have cold a/c and great water pressure. Very close to lots of good eating too.

Although we originally booked seven nights, our travel schedule and the time difference resulted in our arriving two days later than anticipated due to plane delays. We contacted Hotels.com so we would not be charged extra, leaving us with only five nights. Despite our shortened visit, we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Seoul. It was a memorable trip, and we were pleased with our hotel experience. We would happily stay here again on a future visit to Korea; we would request an itemized bill and

The hotel's convenient location right by the subway, along with the numerous nearby food options, made our visit very easy and enjoyable. While our stay was pleasant overall, a key piece of information was missing: there is no housekeeping service during the stay. Future guests should be made aware of this policy at the time of booking to avoid any surprises.
