"+: spacious room, lobby and dining areas are nice, service at Community (the « restaurant ») was A+++, good location -: we booked a few days prior to arrival, hotel was advertising a beautiful rooftop pool. Upon arrival, we are told that pool is out of service for urgent repair since Sunday. Shuttle service offered to other hotels, but obviously not practical for us at all. Pool was already out of service at time booking, as we booked 2 days later! No mention through email or anything, very disappointing when you book a 3-4 day trip to Southern Florida from Canada…Had to insist for a compensation, received a 100 USD credit to spend at the hotel for 3 nights (16 USD/person/night) which is not much considering price of our stay and the pool being a significant amenity in Florida. A/C didn’t work much at the gym either, very hot. Housekeeping did not come on the last day, only knocking at our door at 5pm to exchange towels. Not a 4 star hotel for sure. Staff was friendly though."

"Breakfast was basic, and you would need to be at the Breakfast station before 9:30, they ran out fast. The sheets were not clean. Cleaning only happens if guests are staying more than 5 days, so absolutely no cleaning, no fresh towels. Tissue is only given through request from the front desk workers. "

"The hotel was very clean, and the staff, for the most part, were very friendly and helpful. What was bad was that our bed had a huge dip in the middle of the mattress, like part of the support under it was broken. I asked to change rooms, but I wanted one that was right by the door, and the one available would have cost more. We were there for two weeks, so I think something could have been done about the mattress and box spring- they could have traded it out. The other issue that was unacceptable was that the internet was out for a week and a few days. They kept telling us they did not know when it would be fixed. How is that even possible? I was there for business, and I couldn't conduct my business from the room. On the very last day, as we were leaving, I heard a staff member talking to someone in the lobby, and he said that they would get a better reception in the lobby. This was never told to us. This was a disappointing visit."

"The hotel is great close to everything that you need and only a short distance from main cities. The only thing I would say is make sure you grab your things cause you will never see them again. I left fairly new pair of sneakers in the room after checkout by paccident. I realized it after I made it home to Orlando. I called them the same day and they said nothing was leftover. Mind you I came back because some had left an item. They found that item but never said nothing about noticed you left some shoes also. Been back and forth for 2 days with them when they finally said nothing was left. So just a warning anything that you leave there’s no such thing as a lost and found it’s just a lost cause."

"The bathroom is due an upgrade. Finish scratched off tub, water backing up and couldn’t isolate shower and tub faucets. They ran simultaneously. The water pressure in the sink was very low. The room itself was neat and clean. I had to request a coffee station as there wasn’t one when we arrived. The breakfast options were fine. "
