A pleasant stay

Just for one night on our way to visit family the hotel was very pleasant & set menu dinner was good . We did not have time to use the spar which looked excellent

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel has this elegant and majestic stile. Very close to the Airport 15 minutes away which was very convenient as we had early flights to Madrid.

we. recommend the property ,staff & property is excellent . beware to check the room air cinditioner room 105 did not work , they brought us a fan that helped. be sure to reqest a room on the event center side because with the windows open the pack of dogs in the village will keep you ip all night. not just a few barks , howling fighting yelping & barking all night . book this place it is great , just adk gor an event center side room & working air

El hotel es bonito, se puede aparcar delante sin coste. Las habitaciones amplias, la cama para mi gusto con colchón muy blando. El personal muy amable y servicial. Lo único negativo es la gestión de hotels.com. En la app dan la opción de habitación doble de uso individual y la misma con circuito spa por poco más. Al llegar al hotel no les aparecía en la reserva el circuito spa, llamé a expedia y a ellos tampoco. En vez de revisar si era un fallo en su web me dijeron que solo podrían llamar al hotel pidiendoles permitirme usar el spa pago posterior por mi parte. Les pedí una hoja de reclamaciones y me la negaron. Si os aparece la misma opción, cuidado porque os quedaréis sin spa.

Buenas calidades pero habitación caliente

El hotel y la habitación están en buen estado y se ven muy bien. La calidad es buena también. El restaurante tiene excelente servicio y el menú estuvo muy rico. Lo que no me gustó es que durante la noche la habitación estaba muy caliente y al poner el aire acondicionado, empecé a estornudar mucho, por lo que tuve que apagarlo. Fuera de la habitación no estaba caliente, así que no se si le dió el sol todo el día o que pasó. Pero, la cosa es que mi noche no fué muy agradable por el calor.
