J’ai séjourné une nuit dans cet hôtel et, dans l’ensemble, j’ai eu une bonne expérience. Son principal atout est son excellent emplacement, en plein centre-ville de Casablanca. De nombreux restaurants, cafés et commerces sont accessibles à pied, ce qui permet de profiter du quartier sans avoir besoin d’une voiture. J’ai également beaucoup apprécié le service de voiturier, qui est gratuit. Le personnel est courtois et ce service ajoute une réelle valeur au séjour. Cela dit, je m’attendais à un niveau de prestation un peu plus élevé pour un hôtel classé 5 étoiles. Ayant séjourné dans d’autres établissements de cette catégorie, comme le Mount Stephen à Montréal, j’ai trouvé que les chambres, les salles de bain, la qualité des finitions, la décoration et les équipements y étaient plus raffinés. Même certains hôtels 4 étoiles où j’ai séjourné, comme le Hyatt Place du Vieux-Montréal, m’ont laissé une impression plus favorable en ce qui concerne le service et l’expérience globale. En résumé, c’est un bon hôtel, particulièrement grâce à son emplacement et à son service de voiturier gratuit. À mon avis, il se rapproche davantage d’un excellent hôtel 4 étoiles que d’un véritable 5 étoiles.

Carpet not clean . Shower was below the expected as five star . Shower hand only available and you have to hold it on hand and another hand to maintain cleaning hair body lol . Terrible 😢 we request to fix it . They send immediately maintenance man but he maid it worst . Car par available on street and hard to park . There is no car park as I mentioned other wise they assign car park where no body can drive through unless you handle your rental car to one of hotel employees and that inconvenience for rental asset protection. However it is not five star ⭐️ at all the location is not that good . Expedia is not handling their list for promotion business well

Good Hotel for the price, don't expect high end looks, but ok for the area and relative to tourist sections and park and beach.
