Amine, was so helpful and make me feel so comfortable and was extremely professional and a very helpful resource for my many questions, made great recommendations and made it a pleasant experience. He was very knowledgeable and was great with coordinating staff there. ”

“Start with the staff: they are fabulous! Your stay begins with a tour of the property - which is located in 3 adjoining buildings.
Staff assisted us with parking, which is tricky. You park in a gas station about 8 minutes by foot from the property. She rode with us and spoke to the gas station manager on our behalf. Be mindful that this hotel is in the historic Medina - you can’t drive up to it. We had initially parked on a street 2 bocks outside the city walls. We then moved it to the gas...
“Had a really great stay. The lifeguards, waiters and all staff were amazing. So attentive and would do anything for you. Cannot fault any of the food, although appearing as a normal buffet, it is all of immense quality and I cannot fault it. The culinarium experience is also amazing. Everywhere is clean. Only downside is that floors could be very slippy at times but cannot help that!”
