"The hotel is ok, not bad, certainly better than other hotels in locale. Beach and pool area are generally nice. Specialist restaurants are ok but main buffet restaurant was not. Room service waits were lengthy even for drinks. It was peak season and the staff were stretched but in most cases they were still nice/helpful. Have stayed here previously but that reflects the quality of the alternatives."
"The most amazing stay! The staff were absolutely fantastic. A shout out to Pica and Tito from the animation team and Dali one of the lifeguards. The entertainment was great, the food was delicious, drink service fast and the room was clean and spacious.

The resort is huge and pristine, offering a wide range of activities that's perfect for families with children (2 swimming pools, 2 water slides including one specifically for kids! minigolf, ping pong, ...).
The staff is highly competent and the attentive support provided by the reception team throughout our stay perfectly met our expectations. Special mention also goes to the lifeguard in charge of the children's water slides.
