"The stay was average at best. The room was quite small, although it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The main issue was the handling of the late check-out. I had already paid for a late check-out, however when I went to leave at 12:30pm, I was told there would be an additional charge on top of what I had already paid. This was disappointing and felt unreasonable. Overall, while the basics were fine, the experience was let down by poor handling of what should have been a simple arrangement."

The standard apartment we were in requires repainting. Staff friendly. We would stay here again but would probably upgrade to an executive apartment."
