When we made the front seat aware the manager quickly came with fans until they were able to get maintenance to switch the unit on. The facility was well kept during our stay and we had a pleasant visit to Rock Hill. "

"Hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel in the last few years, and I made a return stay due to the staff and the location of the hotel. The rooms need a lot of work (many scuffed up doorways, missing paint, dust around electrical outlets, dirty windows, etc) but I had a comfortable stay overall and would consider staying again. "

"We enjoyed our stay however the luggage carts were hard to obtain. Some of the residents kept it in their rooms which made it very hard for us who were leaving the next day. It should be a standard rule to return carts back to original place."
