“The property itself was great! Clean, comfortable, nice and helpful staff! Decent breakfast too. The parking garage is across the street, there are no carts to haul your luggage through a parking garage, down an alley across the street to check in on the 2nd floor of the Hotel. Quite inconvenient and sooo many sketchy, drugged out weirdos in that area. It’s sad to see Colorado Springs go downhill. ”

“Their office closed at 10:00pm so they sent me a code to open the lock box with our key since we would be arriving late. They provided breakfast but in a very clever, unique way. They made a deal with the restaurant next door so that the patrons of Dunes Inn could go to the restaurant and chose from 5 different breakfast meals, including orange juice or coffee, for free. “We stayed here while attending a wedding in the area and it was great and so easy. The room and bathroom were both comfortable and clean. The lobby and little breakfast area also were clean. This property doesn't have a pool, but the one next door apparently has a pool and hot tub and you can use it during your stay. Lots of parking and it felt safe. It was also quiet during our staff, except Sunday AM when I think a lot of people were leaving. I'll say there's not always someone at the front...
