“we really enjoyed this hotel. They had an a spa that was included that had a steam room, sauna hot tub and a pool. We missed the Michelin star restaurant but the other restaurant on the sixth floor was also very good. Very spacious rooms with good views of the harbor we would go back to this hotel in a heartbeat.”

“The personnel is what makes this hotel so. They were all so very helpful and friendly. There is also a beautiful park across the street. Breakfast buffet was very good.”

“This is an ancient, historic hotel. Be mindful of the fact that you are staying here more for the character and historical significance then for the comfort. Stairways are small and steep and parking - went available at all - is challenging. That said, however, the staff is very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our one night stay.”

“We stayed for six nights, there was some fluff on the floor when we checked in, it was still there when we checked out! One evening, we had a decent lunch so only wanted a snack in the evening. We both had ham sandwiches which while nice ham, no attempt had been made to present them, for example, a salad garnish would have gone a long way. At breakfast the buffet was always running out of teaspoons, mugs for tea/coffee, marmalade, stupid things. One evening I went to use the disabled toilet,...
