“The parking lot is very tight and basically mostly full. The breakfast is ok and the rooms dated but clean.”

“Excellent hotel, lovely staff. Would recommend eating in the restaurants. Continental breakfast included, good varied choice. Beautiful view from restaurant. Just need to update the lighting and switches in the bedrooms as quite dark and switches were old momentary type.”

“Breakfast was very good and the lady serving was lovely and extremely friendly, even though she was on her own and very busy. Bedroom was clean. Price was good value.”

“Very friendly staff, nice hotel, lovely sunny beer garden, a short walk into Brockenhurst and at least half the price of The Pig. Will be back.”

“We stayed in a standard bedroom for 2 nights. The room was very tired and bland. The bathroom had mould around the bath handles and could do with modernising. It was a shame because the building has lovely grounds and communal areas are pleasant too. Staff were friendly and food was good.”
