Front desk gentleman already had my extra pillows in the room , as requested. Great job at being attentive. I have never had that happen before I arrived. Thank you. Air conditioner worked great. . Almost last day sheets slipped and when fixing noticed a gross stain on mattress cover that had not been washed. Floor was fairly dirty at check in as well. However they allowed a very late (3pm) checkout so we weren’t sitting out in the cold waiting to check in for our 6:30pm flight without an extra charge. Very thankful even if it was a little dirty."
