โVery nice i booked 2 beds but when I checked In there was only 1 bed so I went to the reception and instead of giving a new room they where nice enough to give 2 separate rooms.โ
โReally great friendly staff, accommodation was just what we needed and good security. Roof terrace was really appreciated and no smoking which was great โ
โWhat a beautiful property! The hotel is about a 20 minute easy bus ride into downtown Dublin (the stop is just outside the hotel). The staff is very helpful and the breakfast is FANTASTIC. Rooms are a little dated, but that can easily be overlooked for the other positive things. We would recommend and would stay again!โ
โThis was our second time staying at the Grand Canal. It was wonderful then, and it was wonderful again. Staff was super! Rooms were clean and had all the necessities needed for travel. We did stop at the bar and restaurant for drinks and some appetizers. Staff there was great also. Convenient to bus, or walking to sites. Definitely worthy when you are looking for a place in Dublin. โ
โMy wife and I stayed here for 6 nights. I'm satisfied with everything, but there is one thing I'm disappointed with. Room cleaning is done only once a week. I would like to do this at least once every 2-3 days. I stayed 6 nights, but only 1 towel and toilet paper were prepared, so I had to ask for extra. If the pitcher is staying for several days, I would like to prepare towels and toilet paper in advance.โ
โThis was my third stay in Anantara hotel around the globe. As expected, the service was wonderful, staff very friendly, a nice room with a view of the grand canal. The breakfast was less impressive compared to other anatara sites, but we enjoyed our stay. โ
โThe units were comfortable and really designed for those who plan to be "out and about." The rooms provide the basics and are very clean. We actually stayed at the facility twice due to the excellent location. We suggest asking for one of the upper floors because there is quite a bit of street noise on the south side that one can hear.โ
