"The breakfast menu was fresh and plentiful. The pool looked enjoyable. Front desk staff was attentive and helpful, especially Seri who gave extra effort regarding transportation to the airport before the 0800 first shuttle. For those of us whose scheduled flight was early, the 0800 shuttle would not get us to the airport in time."

"Great location to river view restaurants, shopping mall, Boat Quay, and Chinatown. Would suggest getting the breakfast added to your stay. It has a wide selection and is reasonably priced. We would stay here again!"

"Staff as the greatest asset. Polite, friendly and helpful. Good location and nice pool deck on roof, though it could do with a bit of TLC. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Just need better facilities in room such as a Nespresso machine or similar - would expect in hotel of this class/price. "

"Glorious hotel. Lovely cool lobby and helpful staff. Included mini bar was appreciated as were the top quality amenities including Dyson hair dryer and really nice shampoo/body wash. The room was silent and comfortable. The pool area was a refreshing respite from the hot Singapore streets. Facilities on level 5 were great for a freshen up after checking out, with the same supplies as in the room too."
