“The hotel isn't sound proof at all. It's a hotel made out of a large house. While i was staying, it sounded like the guys next door were in my room because i could hear their every step and chat and felt really insecure because of that. The bathroom and toilet are shared which i didn't expect at all. At least they are kept clean and there's daily cleaning service. The room had a basin. There was no shower gaun though towels were provided. They had good heating on.”

“A lovely location. Very easy to walk to the restaurant and attractions in the Bay (eg Millennium Centre, Techniquest). The staff were all very welcoming. Plenty of space in our room with a lovely view of the water. Breakfast was very tasty. The pool was a good size.”

“The food was delicious, the service was amazing, a wonderful place to eat, drink and sleep. We had a classic bedroom which was fine for staying the one night. It’s an old building but you can see how they’ve made the best of that. Great facilities in the rooms. Parking was easy and close to hotel. Warm and cosy. Shower was hot but need to change the shower head. Bit of a draft with the old windows but the heavy curtains and large radiator kept the room nice and warm. A mirror at the dressing...
